Redeeming Rewards (Mobile)

If your company is offering rewards through a Sprout Rewards Partner, you can redeem rewards in the mobile app. 

From the home page, click the shopping cart icon to be taken to the rewards catalogue. You will see how many "SproutBucks" (note: this may be called something different on your platform) you have available to redeem next to the shopping cart.

 

Scroll through the catalogue to browse reward options. Each reward will indicate the value of the gift card and the "Sprout Bucks" required to purchase it.

Click on a reward to learn more about it. If you have enough "Sprout Bucks" to purchase it, click "Continue". Finalize your order by selecting "Place order". Your redemption will be emailed to you immediately.

 

Viewing Your Balance History

You can view all of the "Sprout Bucks" you've earned and redeemed by pressing the shopping cart icon and selecting "My balance history". Select either the "Transactions" or "Orders" tab to view this information.
