Welcome to Sprout! Let's get you signed up using the mobile app.
Start by downloading the "Sprout At Work" mobile application from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and click "Sign Up".
Every company has a unique program code. The program code is the first part of the URL (e.g. the bold part of: company.sproutatwork.com). If you're unsure of your program code/URL, please contact your Wellness Administrator or email support@sproutatwork.com with your company name.
If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), skip to the section below.
To register, you will need to enter your email address and a new password. Check with your Wellness Administrator if you are unsure if you need to sign up with a work or personal email. Please verify that you have entered your email address correctly.
You may also be prompted to provide the following information:
1. First and Last Name
2. Employee ID
Next, review and agree to the terms of service and privacy policy to continue. Click "Next".
You may be prompted to enter your location information. However, this information may already be provided if your company is using our HRIS integration.
Select from the drop-down menus the options that best fit your work location and department.
Review and accept the terms and conditions.
A verification email will then be sent to the email address you provided. Click the link in the email to verify your account.
Single Sign-On
Your company might use Single Sign-On (SSO) to log into Sprout. If this is the case, you will be redirected to your work sign-in screen after entering your program code.
Please enter your work credentials (email and password). You do not need to create a unique Sprout account and password.
You will then be redirected back to Sprout to complete onboarding.
Troubleshooting Issues and Errors
1. Why is it asking me to enter a valid email address?
If you use auto-fill to complete your email address, there may be an extra space at the end of your email address. Double-check and remove any spaces following your email address. Verify that you have typed your email address correctly.
2. I am trying to register, but it says "Your user account has not yet been registered. Please either retry in X hour(s) or contact your administrator for assistance."
This means that your company uses our HRIS integration to validate that you are eligible for the program. If you receive this error, your email address was not included on the latest file we received from your organization. Please wait the indicated time and try again or contact your wellness administrator.
